HOW TO MAKE OMO


MATERIALS:
  1.    Caustic soda 1kg
  2. Soda ash 4kg
  3. Industrial salt ( 1 level tsp or 15ml)
  4. Foaming agent ( 1 bottle lucozade)
  5. Hydrogen peroxide ( 4 cups of 83ml)
  6. Aminonic acid(1 cup of 83ml)
  7. Perfume
  8. Colour oil soluble
  9. Water(6 bottles of lucozade)
  10. Cellophane or sackbag (4 yards)
  11. Seize(one)
       METHOD OF PREPARATION:
  • Mix 1kg caustic soda in a plastic bucket and 4kg soda ash in a separate bucket with 6 bottles of water of  lucozade which 5 will go into ash and 1 into caustic soda.
  • Turn the caustic soda and the soda ash very well for the two to dissolve properly.
  • Then mix the caustic soda and soda ash together and leave it to ferment for 24 hours.
  • Always use a long stick to dissolve the ashes and caustic sod in the bucket.
  • Then put oil in a very big bowl and turn.Add industrial salt and foaming , then add the aminous and then the hydrogen peroxide and add colour then stir very well.
  • Then add the mixture of caustic soda and soda ash into the oil mixture and stir well and check when the mixture is becoming watering then stop. 
  • Then use a bag outside to pour the mixture of the product and leave it to dry in sun.
  • Then when it's dry , use the seize to make it in a powder form.
  • Then when it's ready for use, then add perfume.
