QUEENS CAKE

METHOD OF PREPARATION:

1. 150 grms butter
2. 150 grms sugar
3. 3 eggs 
4. 2 tsp baking powder
5. 200 grms flour
6. A pinch of salt
7. Milk as required

METHOD OF PREPARATION:

NOTE:This recipe will make 24 cake

• Cream the butter and sugar together, gradually add the beaten eggs beating well between each addition.
• Sieve flour with salt, baking powder and fold in until mixed.
• Add milk to give a soft dropping consistency. 
• Place in a grease proof cake cases.
• Bake for 20-30 minutes in moderate and preheated oven.
