CUSTARD

INGREDIENTS:

1. Corn starch 1/2kg
2. Edible starch
3. Flavour 1/4tsp
4. A pinch of salt
5. Colorant 1tsp deep orange 
6. Egg yellow(1/2 tablespoonful)

METHOD OF PREPARATION

• Put edible starch in a bowl, mix egg yellow and deep orange with some quantity of corn starch.
• Mix in the flavour add some quantity of salt. Mix all together and taste.
• Add colour and mix (yellow)
• Add flavour,salt and mix thorough
• Taste for colour package for use.
