HOW TO MAKE LIQUID SOAP

 
MATERIAL:

1. Light ash  1kg
2. Park R or C.M.C  (1 cup of 31ml)
3. Sulphonic acid (1 cup of 250ml)
4. Sodium tripoly phosphate (1 spoon of 15ml)
5. Sodium lauyrl sulphate (1 spoon of 15ml)
6. Texapol 1/4kg  (1 cup of 62ml)
7. Color water soluble (lemon green to taste)
8. Perfume citronella, rose or lemon
9. Water 3 litres

METHOD OF PREPARATION:

• Dissolve 1kg light soda ash for 24 hours in a bucket and mix very well with  1 ltr of water.
• Then use a big bucket also dissolve the C.M.C or park R. in a separate bucket respectively. Dissolve with 2 ltr of water.
• Then use a bucket and add texapol and sodium lauyr and sulphonie acid sodium trypoly phosphate together mix properly.
• Then add color in a little water and perfume then add all the mixture together and mix properly.
